To enhance user satisfaction and help users achieve their financial goals, AlinmaPay consulted us to revamp their application's user experience and interface to drive business impact and user satisfaction

In-depth exploration of “AlinmaPay,” application, 3 expert researchers evaluated its UX efficiency and conducted 25+ competitors analysis reports for more than 10+ local (KSA), regional and global competitors.

Ideate & Define

Collaborative brainstorming sessions with the client; to validate ideas and ensuring alignment with their business needs.

UI Design

Each sprint's wireframes and flows shape the prototype for client review and approval.

Test with Users

Conducted 8 moderated usability tests on the new “AlinmaPay” design, gathering insights to guide future improvements.

Conclusion

We revamped the app by redesigning the user experience, flows, and interface to be visually appealing directly affecting business in many ways. Acting as investigators and problem-solvers, we addressed usability concerns, ensuring every interaction was refined to support “AlinmaPay’s” business objectives.
