KooraBreak is a feature rich football application developed for iOS and Android, offering users a unified hub for real-time match coverage, personalized content, and social engagement. Designed to serve the fast-paced world of football, the platform combines live data, media publishing, and bilingual support within a scalable, modern mobile experience.
The project centered on developing a cross-platform native application using React Native, integrated with an existing WordPress CMS and multiple third-party football data providers. These integrations required sophisticated data handling to ensure real-time accuracy, consistent content structure, and seamless user interactions.
To accommodate future expansion, KooraBreak was engineered with a modular and scalable architecture, enabling it to support high-traffic periods such as major tournaments and match days.
Through our analysis, we uncovered key patterns, user pain points, and system gaps that were impacting the overall experience. These findings helped shape the direction of our recommendations and guided the proposed improvements.

We approached the challenge through a structured and evidence-driven research process. This included gathering insights from users, analyzing existing workflows, and identifying the root causes behind the issues. Each step was aligned with project objectives to ensure clarity, accuracy, and meaningful outcomes.

We began with a comprehensive UX audit and heuristic evaluation to uncover pain points across the platform. This helped us identify usability issues, broken flows, and missing elements, especially in key journeys.
We analyzed regional and global platforms in the art and culture space to benchmark best practices. This gave us valuable insights on content organization, engagement strategies, and user flows that resonate with creative communities.
We created early sketches and mood boards to explore layout ideas, colors, and visual tone. This helped align the design with Misk's artistic identity and set a clear direction before moving into final UI design.
We restructured the site's architecture by grouping related features, removing redundancies, and creating clear content hierarchies. This made it easier for users to navigate between modules like exhibitions, courses, residencies, and events.
