We redesigned the Riyadh Season website and mobile app to deliver a unified, engaging, and user-friendly digital experience. The revamp focused on improving event discovery, media access, and interactive elements while ensuring consistency across web and mobile.
Outdated structure: The platform did not reflect the energy, scale, or diversity of Riyadh Season.
Fragmented journeys: Event exploration, ticketing, news, and media were disconnected and difficult to navigate.


Low engagement: No interactive components such as countdowns, dynamic sections, or personalized updates.
Weak content hierarchy: Important content like booklets, videos, and schedules was buried or hard to access.
Inconsistent cross-platform experience: Web and app designs lacked alignment in visuals and interactions.
Conducted a full expert UX audit to identify usability issues, friction points, and content gaps.
Reorganized the information architecture to simplify how users browse events, media, and ticketing.


Held stakeholder workshops to align seasonal priorities, content needs, and feature requirements.
Designed new interactive components including countdowns, featured highlights, and dynamic media sections.

Riyadh Season needed a complete digital refresh to resolve unclear structure, low engagement, and inconsistent user journeys. Users struggled to explore events, access content, or purchase tickets due to scattered navigation and a lack of interactive or dynamic elements.
